Return Policy

Sometimes shipping accidents happen!
We offer replacements for items that are damaged.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package or damage upon unpacking your item, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please attach digital images of the damage to the email.

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and/or do not attach images of the damages, we unfortunately cannot send you a replacement item.

If we discover that the item was damaged in transit, we will replace the item with one of the same, free of charge.

However, in the event that we are unable to replace the item (i.e.: it is a limited edition, or a custom print), we will arrange for a full refund. We will contact you with return information, and issue the refund upon receipt of the original item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
