Copper Etching print
14″ x 22″

A lost project newly discovered. It’s a long story, so bear with me.
A long time ago, in my third year of university, my printmaking class went to an exhibition at Museum London. It was full of medieval objects. We were to pick an object, and create a copper etching based on it. I picked an old tapestry, and altered it to fit the objects and symbols of Super Mario World.
Somehow, over the years, I lost every single final print I created. Years ago, I found a couple of test prints, which were done halfway through the project’s completion. Well, I spiffed one of them up a bit, colorized it, and added the original text. This is pretty close to what the final prints looked like.
